For your convenience, a full wiring harness is included, making the installation process straightforward and quick. This kit is designed for universal compatibility, fitting most vehicle seats, and offers an ideal solution for combating heat and humidity, ensuring a more pleasant journey. Wiring Instructions for Car Seat Ventilation/Heating Modification Controller Harness (Compatible with Button & Rotary Switch Models) [1] Red Wire & Green Wire: Both must be connected to the +12V power supply. Do not leave either unconnected. [2] Black Wire: Connect to the negative terminal of the power supply (common ground). [3] Brown Wire: Outputs +12V to the heating pad wire. The other end of the heating pad connects to ground. [4] Blue Wire: Outputs +12V to the red wire of the blower fan. The other end of the fan connects to ground. [5] Yellow Wire: Outputs +5V, reserved for the signal wire of 3-wire fans. [6] For ignition-key-controlled power supply: Connect the green wire to the ACC (accessory) circuit. [7] Heating Pad & Fan Wiring: Connect the heating pad and fan as needed. Unused wires in the harness can be removed or left as spares. For button-type controllers, all 11 terminals must be connected to the +12V positive supply. [8] Wire Connectors: Use crimp caps to secure and insulate wire joints, though this is optional.
